El LG2021 es nuestro modelo básico clásico del sistema de fabricación de máquinas Frametec LGSF. Como nuestra máquina de marco de acero ligero clásico de quinta generación, LG2021 tiene un rendimiento perfecto en alta velocidad de producción, mayor flexibilidad y alta estabilidad, que es adecuada para proyectos residenciales y comerciales ligeros de 1-3 pisos. Producción de perfiles de 2,5″ (63 mm) a 6″ (150 mm) hasta 18 g (1,20 mm) de espesor, que se pueden personalizar.
Con el software de diseño y el software de control, la máquina puede ejecutarse automáticamente y ahorrar mucho tiempo en el dibujo, informes de materiales, entrada de datos, fabricación, registro de producción y corrección de todos los errores.
Aplicaciones: Sistema de pared, sistema de piso y sistema de techo para viviendas de 1 a 3 niveles, unidades transportables, casas modulares y construcción comercial liviana. Luz libre de las vigas del techo de hasta 15 m y puede ser de fábrica o transportable en una fábrica móvil.
