SFS-CC300 a special floor joist system machine that can give you increased production capacity for your projects. You will also benefit from improved installation efficiency with the standard flooring systems that with high yield strength and strong structure with the intelligent swage & ribbing function.
The Frametec auto-ribbing, swage and tab design allows for smooth joints, which allows the floor lining to sit flush to the joists easily. The floor cassettes can be built as modular units or easily assembled piece by piece in existing structures.
It offers a gauge range of 1.2 to 2.2mm thickness and 300mm width, able to produce up to 500m of floor joists per hour.
With the designing software and control software, the machine can automatic running and saving lots of time in drawing,material reporting, data entry, manufacturing, production record, and correcting all the errors.
